TheKey, LLC is hiring dedicated caregivers for private-pay in-home care across Los Angeles area locations. We offer flexible weekend shifts, top pay rates ($20-$23/hr), and both full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Must work weekends
• At least 18 years of age
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray

Overview

Urgent: Skilled Caregivers Needed for Short Shifts (Weekend Availability Preferred)

Locations: Westlake Village, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village, and surrounding areas

Shifts Available: Monday through Sunday (Saturday or Sunday availability is highly preferred)

• Woodland Hills – Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM – Duties: Stand‑by assistance and hands‑on mobility support as needed.
• Sherman Oaks – Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM – Duties: Hoyer lift operation, catheter care, and bedbound client support.
• Valley Village – Schedule: Monday and Wednesday | 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Duties: Stand‑by assistance and providing transportation to outings.
• General Needs (All Surrounding Valley Locations) – Schedule: Flexible short shifts available across mornings, days, and evenings – Duties: Dementia, Hoyer Lifts, Hospice and providing transportation to outings.
