TheKey, LLC is seeking skilled caregivers for short shifts across Westlake Village, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village and nearby California locations. Weekend availability is highly preferred, with various schedules including mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts.

We offer top pay rates from $20 to $23 per hour, full-time and part-time options, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must work weekends.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire).
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X‑Ray.

Overview

Urgent: Skilled Caregivers Needed for Short Shifts (Weekend Availability Preferred) Locations: Westlake Village, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village, and surrounding areas Shifts Available: Monday through Sunday (Saturday or Sunday availability is highly preferred)

• Westlake Village Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Duties: Engaging companionship, meal preparation, and providing transportation to outings.
• Woodland Hills Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM Duties: Stand‑by assistance and hands‑on mobility support as needed.
• Sherman Oaks Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM Duties: Hoyer lift operation, catheter care, and bedbound client support.
• Valley Village Schedule: Monday and Wednesday | 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM Duties: Stand‑by assistance and providing transportation to outings.
• General Needs (All Surrounding Valley Locations) Schedule: Flexible short shifts available across mornings, days, and evenings.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:
