Job summary

Meadow Falls of Madison is seeking a caring, dedicated Caregiver to join our resort-style senior living community in Ohio. You will provide compassionate one-on-one care, assist with daily activities and support residents’ independence while preserving dignity.

You will collaborate with the care team, engage residents in social and therapeutic activities, and ensure accurate documentation of care plans and medications. Training is provided and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
