Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of Dothan is seeking experienced caregivers to provide essential services for seniors and adults in the Wiregrass area. Responsibilities include assistance with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.

Competitive pay ranges from $12.00 to $14.00 per hour with consistent scheduling opportunities. Applicants must have caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable in homes with pets.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Schedule

• Daytime availability typically falls between 7am and 7pm
• Overnight availability typically falls between 7pm and 7am
• Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours depending on client needs
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required

Caregiver schedules are built around ongoing client assignments. Caregivers with more open availability typically receive more consistent scheduling opportunities.
