Job summary

Raleigh is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our growing team to support a female client with daily living tasks, transportation to dialysis, and companionship. This role emphasizes reliable, empathetic care and consistency in daily routines.

This position requires a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and the ability to work 6-hour shifts seven days a week, with background and drug checks and E-Verify eligibility as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Vehicle must be insured.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current TB test.
• Pass a Background & Drug check & be E-Verify employable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.).
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
• Offer activities essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary.

This female client will require transportation to her dialysis appointments. 6-hour shifts, 7 days a week.
