Job summary

BrightStar Care of Ann Arbor is hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in the Ann Arbor, MI area. We offer full-time, part-time, or PRN work with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on care that helps clients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and companionship. Join our supportive team and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• As a CNA, provide compassionate, hands-on care that supports client comfort, independence, and quality of life.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers.
• Provide companionship and help with errands and appointments.
• Assist with mobility according to the plan of care.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing.

What You'll Do:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide compassionate, hands‑on care that helps clients maintain their comfort, independence, and quality of life.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds
