We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in accordance with an established care plan, and under the supervision of a RN Case Manager. In-house training provided to become a companion/homemaker!

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plans
• Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with clients, their family members, and co-workers
• Provide personalized in-home support to senior clients
• Help clients with all personal care needs
• Help keep clients' environment clean and organized
• Remind client to take self-administered medications

Required Skills, Education and Certifications

• CPR Certified
• Recent negative TB test results (PPD or Xray)
• Previous experience as a caregiver, a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent customer service and supervisory skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately notes in system
• Polished communication and presentation skills and ability to develop excellent relationships
• Current driver’s license and proof of insurance
