Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Resident Care Aide (RCA)

Chatham Ridge Assisted Living, part of Navion Senior Living in Chapel Hill, is seeking compassionate CNAs, PCAs, and RCAs to provide outstanding resident care and support daily in a home-like environment. Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with daily activities, including turning, ambulating, and delivering food and beverages.
• Support personal hygiene needs, such as bathing and toileting.
• Provide adjunct care like ice packs, dressings, and soothing baths post-therapy.
• Monitor and record food and fluid intake, and urinary and fecal output.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses.
• Follow infection control protocols and report safety violations.
• Understand fire and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
• Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and residents
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally
