Job summary

Harmony Gardens, a Cassia community, is seeking Caregivers (CNA/ HHA/ PCA) in Maplewood, MN. Training is provided; no prior experience required. You will support residents with daily living activities and medications, delivering person-centered care in a compassionate team.

Part-time position with varied day shifts, wage range $20.39–$24.44 per hour plus shift differentials. Join a nonprofit senior-care community focused on growth and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CNA/HHA/PCA experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Passion for geriatric care and strong communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain independence while assisting with personal care and ADLs.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record vitals and report changes to the nurse.
• Document services on the charting system.
• Observe changes in physical or emotional condition and report to supervisor.
• Assist with shampooing, bathing, nail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
