Job summary

Caring Senior Service is seeking caring individuals to join our Austin-area in-home care team. We hire Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide non-medical, one-on-one support in clients' homes, helping seniors stay independent and comfortable.

We offer flexible scheduling across day, evening, overnight, weekend, and extended shifts with bi-weekly pay and pay-on-demand options. Prior caregiving experience is valued, and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• A valid driver’s license.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with personal care and activities of daily living is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice care, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, or private-duty caregiving can be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene.
• Assist with walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Complete light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with errands, transportation, and appointments.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff.
• Document completed care and promptly report concerns.

Caring Senior Service is currently hiring experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide personalized, non-medical care to seniors throughout Austin and nearby communities.

We’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals with at least one year of professional or personal caregiving experience. A variety of scheduling options are available, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and PRN shifts.

As an in-home caregiver, you’ll provide one‑on‑one support that helps seniors continue living safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. You’ll also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the clients and families you support.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs may assist with:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
