Join our compassionate family at Emerald Crest of Shakopee as a Full-Time Caregiver (CNA/ HHA/ PCA)!In addition to generous benefits, we have increased our wages!

Day Shifts: 7am to 3pmincluding every other weekend
Eve Shifts: 3pm to 11pm including every other weekend.

Pay: $20.00-$24.38 / hourdepending on experience

What does a Caregiver do?

• Assist the resident with daily living and personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Aide in programming and activities with residents.
• Monitoring the safety and well being of our clients.
• Prepare meals.
• light housekeeping
• Perform other duties as requested.

What does a Caregiver require?

• Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA), orCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred, but not required for day or evening shifts – We will train you!Night shift must have 1+ year of experience.
• Apassion for geriatric care.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills are vital.
• Good customer service instincts will be important in interacting with family members and visitors.
