Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate caregivers/CNAs/HHAs to join our award-winning team. You will provide essential in-home support, companionship, and daily living assistance to seniors and others needing help.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, health and dental benefits for full-time caregivers, mileage reimbursement, and paid training opportunities. Must be English-speaking, have a valid driver's license, and pass a background check.

CAREGIVER/CNA/HHA QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to travel


• Must speak and understand English


• Must be able to pass a background check


• One (1) year minimum experience in the home or long-term care setting is required.


• Able to utilize a smartphone based app


• Must have a valid drivers license


• Must have a Vehicle and Auto Insurance


• Punctual and dependable

CAREGIVER/CNA/HHA RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep our clients smiling at home by supporting their daily needs - taking initiative about


• Companionship and engagement


• Maintaining their health and safety at home through providing high quality personal care, and monitoring their environment for safety risks.


• Follow an individualized, written Plan of Care to support our clients with personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise, eating, dressing, bathing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned.


• Shopping, running errands, meal preparation, and light house-keeping.

Hours: Dependent on specific case(s); Shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability. Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.
