Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in Framingham, MA is seeking caring CNAs and caregivers to support elderly and disabled clients in their homes. You’ll provide daily living assistance, companionship, and help maintain safety and comfort.

We offer competitive pay, weekly payroll, flexible scheduling, and a thorough training program. A valid driver’s license, vehicle, background check, and ability to travel to client homes are required, plus you’ll use a smartphone app.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to client homes.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• One year minimum experience in home or long-term care.
• Able to utilize a smartphone based app.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a vehicle and auto insurance.
• Punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Keep clients smiling at home by supporting daily needs and taking initiative.
• Provide companionship and engagement.
• Maintain health and safety through high-quality personal care and home safety monitoring.
• Follow an individualized Plan of Care for hygiene, ambulation, exercise, eating, dressing, bathing, and transfers.
• Shop, run errands, prepare meals, and perform light housekeeping.

CAREGIVER/CNA/HHA RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep our clients smiling at home by supporting their daily needs - taking initiative about
• Companionship and engagement
• Maintaining their health and safety at home through providing high quality personal care, and monitoring their environment for safety risks.
• Follow an individualized, written Plan of Care to support our clients with personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise, eating, dressing, bathing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned.
• Shopping, running errands, meal preparation, and light house-keeping.

Hours: Dependent on specific case(s); Shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability. Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.
