Position Summary

Our Care Partners (CNA/HCA) provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring comfort, safety, and well‑being while promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring while following protocols and regulations.
• Prioritize independence and emotional support through compassionate care and companionship.
• Encourage participation in enrichment activity programs.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with memory care preferred.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Attention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
