Job summary

Tribute Home Care in Baltimore is seeking a compassionate caregiver for long visits in the community. This role offers stability with guaranteed 40 hours of pay each week for experienced caregivers who can travel to clients across Baltimore and nearby neighborhoods.

You will provide hands-on caregiving, maintain professional communication with clients and families, and join a close-knit team that supports you. CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and working status in the U.S.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Tribute Secure is a guaranteed pay program designed for experienced caregivers who want the stability of knowing exactly what they will earn each week. In exchange for your commitment to be available on your assigned days, you will receive 40 hours of guaranteed pay every week, even if your full schedule is not booked.

This is a Tribute Home Care position. That means you will be part of a close-knit team that genuinely supports you, celebrates you, and has your back every day.

What this role requires

You must be comfortable driving up to 30 miles for client visits across Baltimore and surrounding communities including Towson, Timonium, Catonsville, and nearby neighborhoods. Visits are 12 hours and start at 7a/8a or 7p/8p. You must be available at least 4 days per week including one consistent weekend day.

Who does well here

You have professional hands-on caregiving experience and a personal reason you do this work. You communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and our team. You are dependable, flexible about travel and scheduling, and you show up for every client the way you would want someone to show up for the people you love most.

What we need from you

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. CNA, CMT, HHA, or professional hands-on caregiving experience. Availability for long (12-hour) visits at least 4 days per week including one weekend day. CPR certification. Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
