Job summary

Tribute Home Care is hiring in Baltimore for caregivers to join Tribute Secure, a guaranteed pay program. You will drive to client visits up to 30 miles away, perform long (12-hour) visits starting early morning or evening, and commit to at least four days per week including one weekend day.

You should have hands-on caregiving experience (CNA/CMT/HHA acceptable), CPR certification, a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• CNA, CMT, or HHA certification or professional caregiving experience.
• Availability for long (12-hour) visits at least 4 days per week including one weekend day.
• CPR certification and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Drive up to 30 miles to client visits across Baltimore and nearby communities.
• Provide hands-on caregiving during 12-hour visits starting at 7a/8a or 7p/8p.
• Ensure dependable, professional communication with clients, families and team.
