Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI is hiring a Caregiver / CNA for the full-time evening shift. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $20.69 per hour, with non-exempt status and overtime eligibility.

This role supports residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, delivering compassionate care during the evening routines and ensuring a calm, safe environment. You’ll assist with dressing, hygiene, meals, mobility, and respond to emergency pendants.

Qualifications

• CNA certification (preferred or required per state regulation).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with older adults or in healthcare settings preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with evening routines including dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Provide support with meals and hydration.
• Respond promptly to emergency pendants and resident needs.
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, and transportation to activities or rooms.
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the care team.
• Maintain resident rooms and common areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Document care and services according to care plans.
