Job summary

Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI, seeks compassionate Caregivers / CNAs for full-time evening shifts to provide attentive care in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will help residents with routines, meals, mobility, and safety, while documenting care plans and maintaining a calm, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred or required per state regulation.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with evening routines (dressing, hygiene, mobility).
• Support meals and hydration.
• Respond to emergency pendants and resident needs.
• Assist with walking, transfers, and transportation to activities or rooms.
• Monitor well-being and communicate changes to the care team.
• Maintain resident rooms and common areas clean and safe.
• Document care and services per care plans.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.69/hour

Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / CNAs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the evening shift.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with evening routines including dressing, hygiene, and mobility
• Provide support with meals and hydration
• Respond promptly to emergency pendants and resident needs
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, and transportation to activities or rooms
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the care team
• Maintain resident rooms and common areas in a clean and safe condition
• Document care and services according to care plans

What We're Looking For

• CNA certification (preferred or required per state regulation)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare environment preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
