Job summary

Senior Living Residences in Ridgefield, CT is seeking dedicated Resident Care Associates to provide direct personal care to our senior residents. You will spend quality time with residents, participate in activities, and help maintain a warm, inclusive community atmosphere.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full Time

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Part Time, Full Time

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $20 - $22 per hour based on work experience

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
