Senior Living Residences in Ridgefield, CT, seeks a compassionate Resident Care Associate (CNA) to provide direct personal care to our senior residents in Ridgefield Station.

You will join a team that values input, offers a strong benefits package, and supports professional development, including opportunities for dementia care training.

Requirements include CNA certification, reliable attendance, and excellent communication with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents.
• Track care and tasks with our electronic health record system.
• Assist housekeeping with light housekeeping services.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services.
• Collaborate across departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation and respect.

Resident Care Associate (CNA)

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full Time
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Part Time, Full Time
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time

Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $20 - $22 per hour based on work experience

What Our Resident Care Associates Do
