Job summary

Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Wyomissing is hiring Caregivers / CNAs who are compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities while building meaningful relationships and contributing to a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, engaging residents in activities, observing and reporting changes in health or behavior, maintaining a clean environment, documenting care, and collaborating with nursing staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA preferred but not required.
• Caregiving experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Compassionate and reliable.

• Engage residents in activities and conversation.
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior. Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Document care provided.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams.
