Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Hanover is hiring Caregivers / CNAs who are compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities while building meaningful relationships and contributing to a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, engaging residents, observing health changes, maintaining safety, documenting care, and collaborating with nursing teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Caregiving experience a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate and dependable
