Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Linglestown, PA is seeking compassionate Caregivers / CNAs to support residents with daily living activities and build meaningful relationships in a safe, home-like environment.

Positions are available both full-time and part-time with shifts including day and evening hours. Starting pay is $17 per hour, plus benefits such as a 401(k) with employer match, health and vision coverage, and paid vacation. CNA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• CNA preferred, but not required.
• Compassionate, reliable and communicator with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Engage residents in activities and conversation
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Document care provided
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams

Skills
