Village Caregiving - Bowling Green is hiring a compassionate Caregiver/CNA to provide at-home elderly care, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vitals, and following tailored care plans.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork, with the ability to work weekends/holidays as needed. Training is provided, and benefits are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• CNA license preferred but not required.
• Experience in caregiving or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meals).
• Monitor and document patient vital signs.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Follow care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Report changes in patient condition to supervisor.

Description of the role:

The Caregiver/CNA at Village Caregiving will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to elderly patients in a home setting.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED. PAY RATE $14-$16/hour.

Responsibilities:

• - Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• - Monitoring and documenting patient's vital signs
• - Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
• - Following care plans tailored to each patient's needs
• - Reporting any changes in patient's condition to the supervisor

Requirements:

• - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or equivalent preferred, but not required
• - Experience in caregiving or related field
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work well in a team and independently
• - Willingness to undergo background check
