Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team for in-home, non-medical care of seniors and veterans. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

This role emphasizes one-on-one care, companionship, meal support, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance, with a requirement to work one weekend per month. A driver’s license and ability to pass a background check are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• CNA/HHA experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed.
• Availability to work one weekend a month.
