Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Minneapolis-St. Paul is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support clients at home, across ages and backgrounds, helping them live safely and independently.

Responsibilities include personal care, homemaking, and companionship; flexible scheduling with full- or part-time hours, access to Kantime app, and opportunities for advancement.

We require background checks and the ability to travel to client homes within the service area.

Qualifications

• Willingness to Travel to client homes within service area.
• Experience in home care or skilled nursing is valued but not required—training provided.
• Background screening: pass national and multi-jurisdictional checks, DMV check, TB screening.

About the Role

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal Care Assistance: Supporting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Homemaking Services: Light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversation, and fostering a sense of connection and well-being.

Caregiver Requirements

• Willingness to Travel: Must be able to commute to client homes within the service area.

• Background Screening: Must successfully pass a national and multi-jurisdictional background check, DMV check, and TB screening.
