Job summary

Whispering Winds of Apple Valley Assisted Living is seeking a caring Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a warm, respectful living environment. You will work with a dedicated team, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a high standard of resident care.

Certifications as required by state, and flexible shifts including day/evening/NOC, with FT/PT opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to seniors in a residential setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Communicate clearly with residents and staff to ensure well‑being and safety.
• Uphold facility policies, safety standards and documentation requirements.
