Creston Village Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents in daily living activities and provide compassionate care. The role emphasizes clear English communication with residents and staff, while adhering to safety guidelines and facility policies.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience with older adults and the ability to assist with mobility and lifting as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience working with older adults.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to seniors in daily living activities.
• Assist residents with daily tasks and personal care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff to support well-being and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a positive, respectful environment.
