Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate us all every day. You’ll assist people with daily living and personal hygiene, with support for behavioral challenges and complex needs.

Starting pay is $15.75 per hour. We offer a full benefits package for full-time roles, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match, paid time off,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
• Behaviors: patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
