Omatochi is seeking a Caregiver to provide direct in-home care in field-based settings across California. You will support clients with daily living activities, following care plans, and ensuring safety and dignity during visits.

This non-exempt, hourly role offers a pay range of $20–$25 per hour depending on experience and assignment, with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; overtime eligible under California law.

Position Summary

The Caregiver provides direct care services to clients in their homes or community settings. This role supports clients with daily living activities while ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in accordance with care plans and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Client Care & Service Delivery: Provide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans; assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned; maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
• Attendance & Reliability: Arrive on time for all scheduled visits; communicate promptly regarding schedule changes or emergencies; complete assigned visits as scheduled.
• Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document services delivered using approved systems; report incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition immediately; follow documentation and reporting standards at all times.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality; communicate respectfully with clients, families, and team members; follow all company policies and procedures.
