Farmstead Living in Moorhead, MN is seeking compassionate CAREGIVERS to provide personalized support to residents in an assisted living setting. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with day and overnight 12-hour shifts.

You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, help during meals, document care, and communicate with the team. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off, plus a complimentary meal per shift.

Overview - Caregiver in Assisted Living

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CAREGIVERS to join our team at Farmstead Living. This role involves providing personalized support and assistance to residents. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, respectful, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

We are hiring PART TIME & FULL TIME for the following shifts:

• 7:00am - 7:30pm (12-hr day shift + every other weekend)
• 7:00pm - 7:30am (12-hr overnight shift + every other weekend)

Duties

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns.
• Support residents during meals, including feeding if necessary, and assist with dietary needs.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members regarding residents’ needs.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
