Farmstead Living in Moorhead, MN is seeking compassionate CAREGIVERS to support residents with daily activities and their overall well‑being.

We offer PART TIME and FULL TIME positions with 12‑hour day and overnight shifts: 7:00am‑7:30pm and 7:00pm‑7:30am, including every other weekend.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, monitoring health, documenting care, and communicating with the team, while maintaining safety and respect.

Qualifications

• Compassionate nature with desire to care for others in an assisted living setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with residents, families and coworkers.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans.
• Physical ability to stand or lift during shifts.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional caregiving attitude.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor residents health and report changes to the team.
• Support residents during meals, including feeding and dietary needs.
• Document care provided and communicate with team members about residents’ needs.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure resident and staff safety.

We are hiring PART TIME & FULL TIME for the following shifts:

• 7:00am - 7:30pm (12-hr day shift + every other weekend)
• 7:00pm - 7:30am (12-hr overnight shift + every other weekend)
  

Duties

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns.
• Support residents during meals, including feeding if necessary, and assist with dietary needs.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members regarding residents’ needs.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
