Bell Tower Residence in Merrill, WI seeks an Assisted Living Caregiver (PCW) or CNA to provide hands-on daily living support and care for residents in a compassionate, dependable manner. The role involves personal care, medication assistance, meal support, mobility help, and promoting resident dignity within a safe, engaging residential setting.

The position offers full-time, part-time, or casual status with on-site shifts across days, evenings, and nights.

Qualifications

• CNA experience and ability to perform nursing-related services.
• Comfort with data collection and reporting to RN/LPN.
• Strong communication and patient-first approach.

Responsabilités

• Performs CNA duties including nursing and nursing-related services.
• Initial and ongoing data collection under RN/LPN direction.
• Implements plan of care based on patient/resident needs.
• Provides direct patient care and reports changes to RN or LPN.

Status: Full-time | Part-Time | Casual

Schedule: Days (6:00am-2:00pm) | PMs ( 2:00pm-10:00pm) | NOCs (10:00pm – 6:00am) - Every other weekend | Rotating Holidays - we want to work with your schedule

Job Summary:

A Caregiver (PCW) or CAN at Bell Tower Residence is compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will provide hands‑on support with daily living activities, including personal care, medication assistance, meal support, and mobility, while promoting resident dignity and independence. Caregivers also monitor resident well‑being, communicate changes to the care team, and help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals in a residential setting.

• $1.00 per hour shift differential for PM Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs all services required of a CNA including providing nursing and nursing‑related services to individuals with cognitive impairments.
• Initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Implements plan of care based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs.
• Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to RN or LPN.
• Demonstrates knowledge of, and respect for the rights, dignity and individuality of each resident in all interactions.
• Actively maintains the confidentiality of resident and facility information.
• Demonstrates respect for co-workers and responds to needs of residents by complying with facility policies on attendance and punctuality. Arrives and begins work on time.
• Has working knowledge and ability to comply with facility policies and procedures for workplace safety including infection control procedures, application of universal precautions for bloodborne pathogens, use of personal protective equipment and handling of hazardous materials.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
