Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving Mesa is seeking passionate caregivers in Mesa to provide in-home care, personal care, companion care, and senior services. You will help clients live independently, participate in our rewards program, and grow within a supportive team culture.

As a caregiver, you’ll work in client homes and communities, with opportunities for professional development and meaningful client impact within our Mesa service area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prefer 1 year of caregiving experience with seniors.
• Must have strong communication and language skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Provide household tasks like food prep, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Provide personal care and mobility assistance, including medication support
• Offer companionship and emotional support

Job Summary:

Home Matters Caregiving is seeking passionate caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care, personal care, companion care, and senior care services to seniors throughout Mesa. As a caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients, participate in our caregiver rewards and recognition program, and grow professionally within our supportive, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities:

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Provide clients with household assistance, including food preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Provide clients with personal care assistance, including hygienic care, mobility assistance, and medication assistance
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Preferred to have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties

Work Environment:

• Client homes
• Skilled, Independent, and Assisted Living Communities

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements
• Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers
• Able to talk, hear, and see
• Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle

COMPENSATION:

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Pay: Starting at $18/hr, depending on experience
