We are seeking a committed and reliable Personal Care Attendant to provide essential daily support to our clients, helping them maintain their dignity and independence at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• - Support mobility and safe transfers (e.g., in/out of bed or vehicles).
• - Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging conversation and activities.
• - Manage meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and medication assistance.
• - Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and tidy living environment.
• - Document and report changes in client health conditions to the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Required (Must Have)

• DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically as a caregiver, personal care attendant, or in a similar care role.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and a willingness to drive for work-related duties.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• -Knowledge of basic caregiving principles, personal hygiene, and safety practices.

Preferred:

• 5 years of professional experience specifically as a caregiver, personal care attendant, or in a similar care role.
• Active Caregiving or Personal Care certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
