AdvisaCare in Fort Gratiot, MI is seeking experienced Caregivers/Med Techs to support residents in Independent Living Communities. Positions include 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am shifts, with every other weekend required.

We offer opportunities to earn extra income, weekly pay, and benefits. Must have recent experience in similar facilities, HS diploma or GED, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Join a highly supportive team and help residents live more independently.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification required or current certification within 3 months of hire.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for coordinating with residents and staff.
• Willingness to travel within the service area and support multiple communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care in Independent Living Communities.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life.
• Document care activities and resident status in logs and reports.
• Collaborate with the care team and supervisors to ensure safety and wellbeing.
