Focus HealthCare Solutions is seeking a Caregiver Ambassador to launch and support new client cases across the Kansas City metro area. The role includes opening new cases, providing interim care, and covering shifts during day and evening hours.

You’ll assist Care Coordinators in developing high-quality, personalized care plans and serve as a bridge between clients, caregivers, and office staff. This field-based position requires travel across Johnson and Wyandotte Counties in Kansas, with

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Begin care on new cases to ensure timely start of care.
• Establish clear care instructions for ongoing caregivers.
• Provide field training and initial scheduling for new hires.
• Coordinate with scheduling and HR on concerns or issues.
• Travel throughout the Kansas City metro area as needed.
