Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and compassionate daily assistance.

We offer competitive wages, flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 6am–2pm; prior CNA preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Excellent communication with residents and staff.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 6am-2pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence with dignity and safety.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transfers, and eating.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.

The Care Giver's role includes providing hands on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident's room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
