Job summary

Integral Senior Living is hiring a Care Giver to join our team in California. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting independence and dignity. CNA certification is preferred; you must be 18+ and have strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED redded? (already listed)
• Must be 18 years of age
• Experience with seniors preferred; ability to communicate effectively.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
