Job summary

Integral Senior Living (ISL) seeks a compassionate Care Giver to join our team. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment, promoting independence and dignity while maintaining cleanliness and comfort.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, interpersonal engagement with residents, and supporting daily routines to ensure well-being and safety in a welcoming community setting.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
