Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Prior Lake, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care teams. You will provide person-centered care, assist residents with daily tasks, and support overall well-being in a intimate 32-unit community.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and those newly certified, with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth. AM shifts and weekend availability encouraged, with supportive leadership and a family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience in assisted living or memory care.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Assist with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor changes and report to leadership.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergencies.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You'll Do:

• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM) Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
