Job summary

One You Love Homecare, LLC in Sugar Land, TX is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care and companionship to older adults in their homes. You will support independence and dignity through daily living assistance, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.

Role emphasizes compassionate care, reliable schedules, and adherence to care plans. Training is provided, and flexible shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

Job Summary
