Job summary

Avadis Residential Living is seeking a caring individual to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an on-site day program. You will assist with daily living, encourage independence, and help participants engage with community activities.

Responsibilities include documentation, transportation as needed, and maintaining a safe environment while building strong relationships with clients and families. Prior experience with disabilities is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required.
