Fieldcrest Manor in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and provide compassionate support in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
• CBRF Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medication as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well‑being.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of resident care and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping.
