Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking part-time Caregivers for the 3rd shift in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. Responsibilities include assisting Residents with daily medications and activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. Ideal candidates are compassionate, team players who can communicate issues to the Director. Excellent benefits are available, and there is potential for full-time employment based on performance. Training will be provided on-site for the required skills.

We are currently accepting applications for part-time Caregivers to join our team on 3rd shift. Potential for full-time based on performance and position availability. Excellent benefits available. Experienced caregivers preferred but we will also train the right person on-site for the required skills.

Position Summary

• Assist our Residents with daily medications following company and state guidelines.
• Provide assistance with daily activities as needed for each Resident to include ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulating, and more.
• Document care provided in electronic health record.
• Encourage independence and help direct Residents to activities and meals.
• Follow company and state guidelines for assisting Residents.
