TerraBella Senior Living is hiring Care Givers to join our community at Deane Hill Place.

The Care Giver's role involves providing hands-on care, as well as physical and emotional support to residents, while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident’s rooms and work areas
• Assist residents in maintaining independence, dignity, and safety
• Support residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating)
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities

Position Requirements

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience with seniors preferred
• Effective communication skills with residents, staff, and management
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
