Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You’ll help participants with daily tasks, encourage independence, and build meaningful relationships through activities they enjoy.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; six months of experience in human services is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are requested.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork and time-management.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors.
• Vehicle required with proof of insurance.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Engage participants in community activities and daily living tasks.
• Help participants work toward personal goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
