Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is hiring a part-time caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Minnesota. The role involves helping with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and facilitating participation in community activities.

You’ll join a mission-driven team that values relationships, patience, and reliability. A driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred, with competitive pay and full benefits available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and compassion for participants.
• Reliable and patient with teams and participants.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals with complex needs and behavioral challenges.
• Help participants participate in community activities.
• Support developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Wage is $16 and we have one part time position open working:

WK 1: Sun 8a-3p, Tues 8a-3p, Thurs 8a-3p, WK 2: Tues 8a-3p, Thurs 8a-3p, Sat 8a-3p
