Job summary

Sevita REM Community Services in Minnesota is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities on an overnight schedule. You’ll assist with personal care, help participants engage in community activities, and foster independent living while earning $24 per hour.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, time off, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven, supportive team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Awake overnight Wk1: Su/M/Tu, Wk 2:W/Th/F/Sa 10p-8a
