Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living and mobility to improve quality of life. You will follow individualized service plans (ISPs), document changes, promote safety and dignity, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Effective communication with families and the care team is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences tailored to residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.
